If your business is Caring, Hospitality or Tourism you are likely to employ staff at that critical customer interface whose first language is not English.

Being CELTA qualified (Postgraduate Certificate of English Language Teaching for Adults: British Council Singapore), I can work with you to design and deliver targeted English Language training, which will improve the competencies of your key workers.

Unlike one-size-fits-all College-based programmes, I can:

evaluate English Language competence at or before interview
work with you to tailor-make English Language training
integrate with your current training programmes
teach courses at a time and place – and with the number of students - that suits you.

Training can include reading, writing, speaking and listening. It will be employment-sector specific and student-centred, with face to face learning.

Learning Outcomes can be based on ‘can-do’ competencies defined by the Council of Europe and the Association of Language Testers of Europe (ALTE).
